The 13 regional Wine Wherever iPhone apps are scheduled for release through the Apple App Store in September 2010. The app release will be
accompanied by a national PR media campaign. We will be
releasing two Wine Wherever regional travel books annually designed to
augment our iPhone apps with lots of information about the winery owners
and winemakers. We are also developing a PBS television travel show by
the same name!Your Coupon Ad will be easy to locate! Users simply tap the always present Coupon button found in the primary buttons on every screen (black buttons at the bottom of the app). Users can search by "All Coupons," "Coupons by City" and "Coupons by Region." And with our GPS map button and buttons to instantly connect users to your telephone and website, users can easily find you!
Users redeem your special coupon by showing your Coupon Ad on their iPhone when they visit your business. Redemption
restrictions
are also on the header of the Coupon Ad listing, which should prevent

Coupon Ad Rates
NOTE: All pricing is for one Coupon Ad posted on a single iPhone app.
SPECIAL LIMITED TIME OFFER
Now up to September 30, 2010, we are offering a 50% discount off our full year Coupon Ad. That's only $99 for 12 months (equal to $8.25 per month) for a 25-word Coupon Ad. Our regular rate is $198 for a full year. Order during this special limited time offer and we will include your Coupon Ad on our Wine Wherever website for no additional charge.

Coupon Ad Rules
Coupon Ads are limited to 25 words. Your business name and any discount code you may use for related Internet purchases (i.e., "Use Discount Code WW"), do not count toward the 25-word maximum. Percents (10%) and consecutive dates (22-24) are counted as one word. (See example Coupon Ad below)
We will feature your business location via our GPS mapping function, as well as button links to your website and telephone.
Sorry, no photos or graphics can be used at this time. We reserve the right to refuse any Coupon Ad we feel is inappropriate for our apps or website. We review and approve every Coupon Ad prior to it being uploaded to a Wine Wherever app.
Coupon Redemption Language
The following redemption language will appear at the top of the Coupon Ad section on each Wine Wherever iPhone app:
"Wine Wherever features special offers from businesses including wineries, B&Bs, restaurants and more. No paper copies of your App coupon required. Show the business owner the coupon on your iPhone for redemption. Limit one coupon redemption per digital device. Each business retains the right to rescind, limit or change its offers."
NOTICE: If we receive reports from our iPhone app users that coupons are not being honored, we will attempt to confirm the reasons why with both parties. If we determine, or have reason to believe, the Coupon Ad is not being honored, Publishing Syndicate reserves the right to remove the Coupon Ad and no refund will be given.

Texas Winery Advertisers NOTE:
Texas ABC places legal restrictions on what and how Texas wineries can and cannot advertise. Essentially, a winery cannot offer special wine discounts via a coupon or other advertising that isn't readily available to every member of the public entering the winery's place of business. If your coupon ad offers a 10% discount on a case of wine, then you must offer everyone who enters your winery the same discount via a sign or price list.

We Offer Three Ways to Order Your Ad!
2) Print and complete the order form and mail it, along with your check, to the address below. To access the order form, click through the online order system below for the appropriate regional app. Complete the entire order form, but rather than "submitting" the order, print it. You may also submit your order via a PO, but be sure to include all the required information requested on our order form.
3) Complete a paper copy of the order form and e-mail (Ken@WineWherever.com) or fax it (916-987-6501) and we will invoice you for the amount owed. If you e-mail your order, please include the words "Coupon Order" in your subject line, so it isn't accidently dumped as junk mail.
